Chop, not too finely, or to the desired consistency. 3. Add the blended spices into the oil. Add the shrimp paste in, then cook on low heat. 4. Season with salt, sugar, and MSG. Stir. 5. Add a bit of water, then cook the Sambal on low heat until the water is completely reduced. 6. Soak the squid with baking soda, salt, and water for 15-20 minutes. 3. Remove the soaking liquid, rinse well, and drain the squid. 4. Prepare the spice blend. Combine the curly chili, shallots, garlic, and blend with the cooking oil until it becomes a paste. 5. Sauté the spice blend. Add onion, chili, pounded lemongrass that's been tied into a knot, Kaffir lime leaves, and pounded ginger. 6. Add in the water, tomato sauce, oyster sauce, tamarind water, and Cap Ibu Jari chili sauce. Mix well. 7. In a different pan, flash fry the squid. Make sure the oil is hot. 8. Heat the wok with high heat. Pour the oil in and sauté the chicken and shrimp. Stir, then add the fish balls. Cook for a bit and set aside. 2. In the same wok with high heat, pour some oil and scramble the eggs until crisp and the oil foamy. Then, add the shallots and garlic in. Sauté until fragrant. 3. Add the fish sauce, fish balls, shrimp, chicken, chili, and green onions in. Sauté for a bit. 4. Add the rice in with fish sauce, sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, pepper, oyster sauce, and flavor enhancers. Stir well. 5. Add the green part of green onions and margarine. Combine the curly chili, shallots, garlic, and blend with the cooking oil until it becomes a paste. 5. Sauté the spice blend. Add onion, chili, pounded lemongrass that's been tied into a knot, Kaffir lime leaves, and pounded ginger. 6. Add in the water, tomato sauce, oyster sauce, tamarind water, and Cap Ibu Jari chili sauce. Mix well. 7. In a different pan, flash fry the squid. Make sure the oil is hot. 8.
